24 days into this little challenge and we have moved way beyond just sharing what I had to eat during my day (lucky you!), I'm definitely okay with that - even if that means today reflecting on what my worst traits. Shout out to all my friends and family who love me in spite of the following:
I get way too caught up in trying to do everything with perfection. This often adds unnecessary stress to my life.
I'm not good at having help with things - if I can do something on my own I prefer it that way.
I get irrationally cranky about little things when I'm having bad day. I let little things become really big things.
